Palfinger ensures that all Palfinger dealers and Palfinger Authorized Service Centers are properly trained to sell, service, and support your Palfinger product. All dealers and service centers attend Palfinger University to receive the most up-to-date training available.

PALFINGER attaches great importance to their professionally run courses in order to train employees, general representatives and service partners in all product areas to become technically competent specialists.

Intensive service training programs are held on a regular basis with PALFINGER dealers throughout North America. Service personnel at over 100 authorized workshops are trained on maintenance, hydraulics, electrics and trouble-shooting issues for all PALFINGER products.

Service is a leading priority for PALFINGER, with significant investment made in training as well as Mobile Service Programs. Together with the Spare Parts Department, every piece of PALFINGER equipment is fully supported, minimizing downtime.
